here I am letting both Alessandro Michele and Karl influence me , but can you tell??? Or are you thinking ..hot mess 😜
sitting up in bed hardly able to get my mind off newly discovered shocking sentiments for Mr Trump which I will title ". " yup I can't even dare type it, what in the world has happened to my socialist views!!!!
What is it about under dogs??? Dare I suggest Trump is looking like a reluctant confused tired underdog/under Bull dog, either way ,!?&£@
As this topic is just too disastrous for me to dwell on I am afraid my friends you will have to endure an epistle on why I love pleats !!!!!?
Sugar monkey flap jacks how did you end up on my page??? Completely mad middle aged with constant flight of ideas that I am....
well I do love pleated skirts and for many reasons not even just because Alessandro Michele has successfully upped the earnings at Gucci, see his examples below, so Here we go;
# Convenience: yes have you noticed how you never need to iron pleated skirts !!!!! The joys and wonders of modern technology, Me with my 201 children, zero hours to plan my wardrobe and heaven forbid iron ...never the time for that sort of business my friends, never...
# Perfect for dressing up or down, work to dinner outfit, yes just swap your top or even better , add some statement jewellery and lipstick and boom shakalaka!!!!
# Readily available in all sorts of fabrics , length , colours. No even better, in a fantastic price range,from vintage to high street to fancier brands.
# Complements most figures as long as the top is form fitting, still looks fab with an oversized jumper thrown on top with a cinched waist and even without!!!!
# Perfect for every age group, just play with the lengths as I perhaps would avoid shorter lengths to avoid the mutton/lamb scenario...and too long and It's HRM. Oh a short pleated skirt might double as a sail in windy Chicago, so if you live in Chicago going commando is not a good option when wearing a short pleated skirt.... just saying 🌬
So my friends as a super duper lazy, sometimes busy mum of 101 children, this item, is my to go to, never lets me down piece, the joy of being in my 30's is that I know what works and have seen a few trends and know this is a keeper.
See what you think of my attempts at styling a few and pictures I've found .if you like them, Visit your local charity, vintage, high street shops etc eBay is also a good source and give it a go...
Oh and the other thing about under dogs, I really can't understand how politics can morph humans into £@&?
