What now, you wonder.....
The day started very well with my to do list looking quite decent, by this I mean at least one itinerary finally ticked off out of 50million that is😎.
#Trip to the dentist with my four munchkins.Obviously I knew or at least had a reasonable idea of what to expect , as shall I say that we consume a fair bit of those awesome super fantastic super duper awesome..did I say that already???? Pretzels from Westfields, and yup our "five a day" often sadly comes out of a litre bottle for whatever reason......
And what's the point of mummy doing the school run without a trip to "The olde sweet shop" on our high street , now Charlie's Sweet Emporium to select to our wildest fantasy all things sweet and wonderful🤓🤓🤓🤓
Well until our day of reckoning came...
It wasn't what the dentist found however that was the main problem as bad as it was .....just saying. As a health care professional taking my children to see another colleague always brings on much anxiety about how I am perceived, have I missed something, is this nothing ? Should I have known better and the worst of all how my parenting skills are perceived.
Today, the dentist I met firstly, clearly stereotyped me quickly, and to make matters worse following his examinations confirmed I was the worst parent ever.
With his "You mean the last time 👶🏾saw a dentist WASSSSSSSSSS"
This was not helped by my little one desperately wanting to go up and down in his chair as any one who ever watched "Harry and his bucket full of dinosaurs " would expect is part of visiting a dentist......amongst others and then throwing a tantrum. Shall I say... Trying her best to win the title of 👼🏽👼🏽NOT...
Thankfully, as I wobbled out of the surgery jaws all wobbly, tears threatening, totally embarrassed grumbling something about trying my best , I thankfully managed to stop myself ..just barely, from offering the proverbial CANDY 😳😳😳😳 if she stopped crying...
Perhaps I should have after all , might have given me an opportunity to practice CPR on the Evil kanievil.....
Oh and if you ever find yourself in Southwoodford , visit our high street and look up the sweet shop just remember to brush afterwards😜😎
